Kurdistan honored people in general and Yazidian society in special. Kurdistan Women Union has been working closely on “Hala Mahlo's “case, as she is one of our Yazidian girl in Sinjar, she was kidnapped by ISIS terrorism organization.
As a result, Hala Mahlo experienced torture and violence something which traumatized her and led to psychological disorders like many other Yazidi girls that are in ISIS capture.
Hala has been affected by the ISIS terrorist organization which left inside her great fear. She even forgot her mother tongue.

From the beginning, Hala Mahlo's arrival to Kurdistan wasn't known and approved by Kurdistan region security concerns. That is why she stayed in fear and she has been affected by social old norms and traditions.
We as Women Union took this duty to support her to get reunion with her family again, and convince her that she is now in the safe ground and there is no threat over her life. For that in 2020/8/24in UN representative presence, Meer Yazidian high representative member and in attendance of Sinjar party department, we could deliver Hala Mahlo to her family, we see that it's our duty to support Kurdistan women and girls and we will never stay away from serving that has been captured by ISIS terrorism organization to reintegrate and rehabilitate them within their community and families.
In conclusion to that a limitless thanks to the Kurdistan region Asayish and Sinjar party concern department, also great thanks to anyone who has been involved in full filling this great achievement.
